Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on triple-3d.com, a store run by Triple Print, Gardenia Heights 2, New Cairo 3, Cairo, Egypt. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

Our products are 3D printed to order. Small differences in colour, texture and layer lines are a normal part of the process and are not defects. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different on different screens.

2. Prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery fees are added at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we contact you by phone or WhatsApp. We can refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or the order looks fraudulent. If you already paid, you get a full refund.

4. Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, or online by debit or credit card through our payment provider. Card details are processed securely by the payment provider and are never stored by us. Personalised and custom orders need a 50% deposit before production, deducted from the order total.

5. Personalised and custom designs

You are responsible for checking the name, text and design details before you confirm. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, logo or image you send us. We can decline designs that are offensive, illegal or infringe someone else's rights.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including photos, text, logos and designs, belongs to Triple Print and cannot be copied without our permission.

8. Liability

Use our products only as intended. Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Cairo.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
